To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
New clients will be asked for a deposit to schedule an appointment. The deposit is refundable if the appointment is cancelled with over 24 hrs notice.
Since the exam rooms are too small too allow for social distancing clients are limited to one person in the exam room with the pet. The waiting room is open for other family members but the capacity is limited so if it is overfull some clients may be required to wait in their vehicles. If you prefer to enjoy curbside service you can choose to remain in you vehicle and we will be your pet inside for exam and treatment. You can call the front desk from the parking lot if you do not wish to come inside.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, cash and personal checks. Payment plans are set up through Care Credit.
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
Birds, reptiles, small mammals and all exotics must be in a carrier.
